As the artist I have a right to decline any commission requests without an explanation.

I may decline an order if the project and/or character is something I cannot properly deliver.

There is a chance your commissioned artwork will be published on my personal portfolio and on my social media. I am willing to discuss this if you are uncomfortable with your commission being posted to any of my social media accounts.

Commissions are usually finished within 1-6 weeks after the payment, but may take even longer depending on my current workload. I will be sure to let you know if there is going to be a hefty delay during any point in time.

My artwork is not in any way sold for commercial use. I create custom artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Do not purchase my artwork with the intent of reselling or making a profit off of it.

Buying artwork from me does NOT grant the buyer permission for my work to be used for any form of artificial intelligence learning technology or cryptocurrency. I do not condone AI "artwork" or NFTs.

Do not claim full credit to the creation of any artwork of mine. Even after the transaction has been made, I (jackswoozy), hold the rights to my work.

The commissioner may repost any of the commissioned artwork as long as it is properly credited by linking or tagging any of my social media pages.

I take payment in USD only. Payment is always required upfront via Paypal.

I will ask for payment after making an initial sketch that the commissioner is satisfied with. A commission isn't considered "started' unless I receive an upfront payment.

You may request a full refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 3 months without any progress.

I do not give full refunds if the commission is past the sketch phase. I can discuss partial refunds if the commission has already been started.

I have the right to refund your payment for whatever reason. I will always provide an explanation if this is the case.

I will provide WIPs / progress images throughout the process of making your commissioned artwork via your preferred method of contact!

I highly encourage my commissioners to point out any errors as I provide WIPs. I will gladly make any necessary edits or adjustments during the sketching phase.

During the finishing stages of a piece, I only allow minor changes (including hues, missing details, etc.) Major changes (such as change of composition, change of poses, style, etc.) are not allowed in the finishing stage.

The commissioner must provide specific and clear details of what they'd like to be drawn during the inquiry process. Please provide a clear, colored reference sheet or image of the character(s) or person(s) you'd like to be drawn.
